Avaya have awarded 4Net Technologies the prestigious Partner in Customer Excellence accreditation following a recent independent customer satisfaction survey.
The “Partner in Customer Excellence” is a new designation that rewards channel partners who achieve significantly higher scores in their customer satisfaction surveys. Customer satisfaction is now a critical element in determining partner level status, and the new designation recognises those that go above and beyond. Partners in Excellence are highlighted in the Avaya Partner Locator.
The survey carried out by an independent organisation on behalf of Avaya, asked 4Net’s clients to rate the service delivered by 4Net. As a global program, only partners that achieve a score of greater than 88% satisfaction achieve the new ‘Partner in Customer Excellence’ status
