4Net Technologies Confirmed as the first Avaya Service Experts in the North of England




4Net have recently been awarded Service Expert accreditation by Avaya. The Service Expert specialisation, which has only recently been extended into EMEA, recognises partners that have invested in creating services practices and demonstrated the capability to provide quality service and expertise to meet the implementation and support requirements of Avaya solution customers.

4Net have been able to achieve this accreditation through meeting a number of stringent criteria and qualifications, including:

·         All engineers being accredited to the highest level on all aspects of the Avaya portfolio including telephony, unified communications and contact centre.

·         An onsite Service Assessment audit to ensure that 4Net have the necessary infrastructure, processes, and systems in place to provide effective Implementation and Support Services to customers. 

This makes the 4Net the first and only Avaya partner based in the North of England to become accredited to Service Expert level.

Service Expert partners can access Avaya Global Services’ methodologies and tools, as well as receiving a broad range of financial, sales, marketing and support benefits. The Service Expert logo allows customers to easily identify those channel partners that have invested in the appropriate skills and qualifications for the level of service delivery required.
